Listening to the Commissioner presenting the stakeholders' recommendations, it seems to me not only that she is back on her game (that's meant here as a compliment) but also that, following after the reorganization problems, she's relieved to be able to take a position of positive advocacy.
As much of what's being recommended already models what we do on MDI, I think we also should look positively on this effort.
