1:00 p.m. Briefing & Discussion with University of Maine System (“UMS”) Chancellor Richard Pattenaude, , Rebecca Wyke, UMS Vice Chancellor for Finance & Administration, and John Lisnik, Assistant to the Chancellor for Governmental Relations -- Overview of the reports prepared for the Chancellor and Board of Trustees under the “New Challenges, New Directions” initiative, including the Board of Trustees directives to the Chancellor to implement a plan to identify an economically sustainable path for the UMS that can meet the needs of Maine people
